I wrote for Season 6 of the Emmy-Award Winning Tastemade Show Struggle Meals. What goes into writing for a cooking show? The intros of every episode (cause we gotta set up the theme of the day!), the intros and outros of each cooking segment (giving the chef/actor some structure and something to riff off of), and the step by step process of the featured educational segment. It can’t all be the host riffing off how delicious their food taste, now can it? Check out the full season here.

Frankie vs. The Internet

I finally lived the dream. I wrote for a cooking show where I got to make jokes about cheese, burgers, snacks and food hacks. From creating the vocabulary around the kitchen, to the structure of the episodes, to nailing the voice and tone with the production company and the network, this was a writing job that had my mouth watering from start to finish. Enjoy Season 1 here and Season 2 here!

Produced by the wonderful Fluid Frame Productions.

Guilty the Webseries

In 2015 I created a web series about two sisters trying to outrun her Catholic Guilt. Cut to 2017 and we were accepted into some of the most prestigious festivals- 2016 NYC Webfest  Official Selection, 2017 LA Webfest Official Selection (I even got nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series), and 2017 New York Television Festival Official IPC Selection.

Check out the story about our team and our series in the East Hampton Press and coverage of the NYTVF in Variety,Deadline, and IndieWire.

“Guilty is a web series about two women raised Catholic, charging through life as 20-somethings in Chicago, and attempting to be “good people.” Is sex for fun, love, or procreation? When giving food to the homeless, is it ok to take a bite first? Is it bad manners to skip mass to go to Sunday brunch? Guilty the Web Series is an exploration of adulthood, navigating the give and take of biblical morals and social etiquette, and becoming more comfortable living a life outside of the Catholic bubble.”

Like any good ad pro, I know that the right ads reaching the right people can get results. As Guilty's Social Media Strategist, I created targeted link ads and grew our audience from 22 subscribers (Season 1, 2015) to 102 subscribers with a total of 16.3k lifetime views. With a budget of $330.

In Season 2, we created 11 episodes in 9 different locations, totaling almost an hour of content. We had a limited budget, but that didn't stop us from making movie magic.
